Contact Network Services

The PHPSM Network Services department serves as a resource to participating providers for all questions relating to contractual agreements, practitioner credentialing, demographic changes, and medical claim reimbursement.

The Network Services department publishes the PHPSM Provider Manual which is an invaluable source of information featuring billing guidelines for special medical services, notification requirements, and descriptions of PHPSM’s various member benefit plans.

Open communication with participating providers is highly valued and in addition to distributing quarterly newsletters and periodic updates to the PHPSM Provider Manual, Network Services hosts annual office manager conferences and offers personal on-site visits from a Provider Representative.
